Getting in touch with us

We understand that organising the affairs of someone you’ve lost can be overwhelming. Here’s how you can manage their insurance policies.

Call us

When someone passes away and you need to take care of their insurance, you can talk to us on 132 132.

You’ll need to confirm you’re the executor over the phone and we’ll ask you to provide some contact details.

We’ll need:

  • Your full name
  • Your address
  • Your date of birth
  • Your contact number
  • Your email address.

Once we confirm you’re the executor, we can approve your access to the account and help you take care of it.

Australian Death Notification Service

Visit the Australian Death Notification Service (ADNS) website. Once you've completed the online form, the ADNS will provide us with your details and we'll be in touch with the next steps.

You’ll need to confirm you’re the executor over the phone and we’ll ask you to provide some contact details.

We’ll need:

  • Your full name
  • Your address
  • Your date of birth
  • Your contact number
  • Your email address.

Once we confirm you’re the executor, we can approve your access to the account and help you take care of it.

Making changes to an account

As executor of the account, you’ll be able to:

  • Cancel or replace a policy
  • Request changes to a policy
  • Make or extend payments
  • Make a claim, or follow up an existing one
  • Request a copy of a Certificate of Insurance.
