Commercial Motor Vehicle Insurance can help if something goes wrong with your work vehicle, like if it causes damage to someone else’s property in an accident, or if it’s accidentally damaged, stolen or destroyed in a fire. What you’re covered for will depend on which level of cover you choose.
Business vehicles may include cars, vans, utes, trailers and light trucks. You can cover up to 5 business vehicles when you purchase an NRMA Business Insurance policy online, or call us on 132 818 to cover up to 20 vehicles.
Commercial Motor Vehicle Insurance is different to personal car insurance. For example, with Commercial Motor Vehicle cover your vehicle is covered when it is being used for a range of different business activities, like visiting work sites or clients, delivering goods and more.
If you use a car, van, ute, trailer, caravan or heavy vehicle for your business, your personal car insurance policy may not cover this. You should check your personal car insurance policy to confirm this.
Choose from three different levels of cover. What you're covered for depends on the level you choose. Terms, conditions, limits and exclusions apply – see the PDS for details.
