Can I receive my documents by email?
You can receive some policy documents by email (like your Certificate of Currency and Certificate of Insurance).
You can change your preferences from post to email when you log in to your account.
For property insured in NSW, QLD, ACT and TAS
- Log in or register now
- Select Contact details
- Select edit on the section marked How to Contact Me and follow the instructions.
For property insured in SA, WA and the NT
- Log in to your account
- Select your policy
- Update your preference under policy contact details.
