How do I get a Certificate of Insurance or renewal document?
When you buy your insurance, we'll email or post you a Certificate of Insurance. When you renew your insurance, your Certificate of Insurance will be included when we send you your renewal documents.
You can also get your renewal documents or Certificate of Insurance through your online account.
For policies in NSW, QLD, TAS and the ACT first purchased before 21 April 2024 and not yet renewed, or last renewed before 1 July 2024:
- Log in to your account
- Click Policy Documents
- Select your policy and follow the prompts.
For all other policies:
- Log in to your account
- Click View Policy
- Navigate to the area called Policy Documents.
