With BPAY
Log in to your online banking and go to BPAY bill payments. Enter the biller code and your reference number (find it next to the BPAY logo on your policy document). It can take up to three days for us to receive your BPAY payment. Call us to make a payment if it’s due sooner than that.

At a post office
Pay over the counter at an Australia Post Office.

Send payments by post
Complete the payment slip on your policy document and post it to:

Can I keep my holiday caravan at a caravan park for a couple of months?

Yes, you’re covered while your holiday caravan is registered. If your caravan is permanently kept at a caravan park you’ll need to let us know.
